This website is operated by Zentrix Auto. Throughout these Terms of Service, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zentrix Auto. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and sizes may look slightly different on your screen. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). We may change prices, correct errors and update or discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. Payments are processed securely by Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery rates and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

6. Product use

Please follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product. Products are intended for normal household or personal use as described.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images and logos, belongs to Zentrix Auto or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zentrix Auto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the store at that time.
