Shipping policy

Where we deliver: South Africa only.

Delivery rates

• Orders under R500: R99 standard delivery.
• Orders of R500 and over: free delivery.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery takes 8–11 business days from dispatch to most addresses in South Africa. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Courier and tracking

• Parcels are delivered door-to-door by a South African courier (e.g. Aramex).
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address issues

• Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed deliveries, we may charge re-delivery at cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

• If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@zentrixonline.co.za with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we'll sort it out.
